I didn't particularly love her last album but her When we fall asleep album was one of my favourite albums of all time. When I first listened to Hit me.... I thought there were more than the ten listed. Some songs had outro's that led into a vocal which sounded like it belonged to the same song. I don't mind this because Billie is playing around with music. Creating new sounds for instruments and vocals. He single Lunch is quite poppy in its arrangement and has a great infectious chorus. Several slow songs shows Billies fantastic vocal range. The greatest is a definite album highlight. Eilish is never one to be put in a box and each track is different from the one before. The last track Blue is very unusual. Is it two or three songs mashed together?? Overall, the album gets better and better the more you play it and you hear more of the arrangements and lyrics. Not as good as When we fall asleep....but a very close second
